This comprehensive half-day training course equips participants with essential skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. Attendees learn how to assess incidents, provide basic life support, manage bleeding and wounds, treat burns, and respond to common medical emergencies including choking and fractures.

Designed for workplace first aiders, Healthcare workers, Social Workers, childcare providers, teachers, sports coaches, and anyone wanting to develop emergency response capabilities, this training provides hands-on practice of life-saving techniques. By mastering these critical skills, participants develop the confidence to provide immediate assistance during accidents or sudden illness, potentially preventing further injury and saving lives while waiting for professional medical help.

Course Objectives:

  • Demonstrate the primary survey approach (DRSABC)
  • Perform CPR and use AED devices correctly
  • Apply first aid for bleeding, burns, fractures and wounds
  • Respond to choking, seizures, shock and cardiac emergencies
  • Position and move casualties safely based on their condition
  • Document incidents accurately according to requirements
