This comprehensive half day training course equips professionals with essential skills to support individuals experiencing visual, hearing, or dual sensory impairments. Participants learn effective communication techniques, environmental modifications, and assistive technology options to enhance independence and dignity.
Designed for healthcare workers, social care professionals, educators, and customer service staff, this training provides practical strategies for creating inclusive environments and delivering person-centered support. By understanding the impact of sensory loss, attendees develop the knowledge and confidence to improve outcomes for people with sensory impairments across various settings.
