Outreach Support Services

Our main goal is develop impact driven services within our outreach team, so individuals, families and organisations working with children and young people feel supported. We work alongside you at any part of the journey.

Every organisation supporting children and young people faces a point where early action makes all the difference. Our outreach services exist to meet that moment. Whether you are looking to prevent problems from escalating, intervene when a situation is developing, or train your team to respond with confidence, we are here to help.

We also provide ADHD and Autism assessments for children and young people, alongside ongoing support after diagnosis, so that a diagnosis leads somewhere, not just to a waiting list.

We work with schools, care providers and local authorities to reduce risk, avoid future costs, and build the capability to better serve the children, young people and families in your care.

Stop decline before it starts.

Early identification. Targeted support. Structured programmes that reduce risk and keep children and young people on the right track, before situations reach crisis point.

Act at the right time.

When a young person’s mental health, behaviour or education is deteriorating, timely intervention changes the outcome. We work directly with individuals and groups to stabilise, support and move forward.

Build your organisation’s capability.

Your staff are on the front line. We equip them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise, respond to and support the young people in their care reducing the burden on the organisation and improving outcomes for everyone.

Answers and what comes next.

We assess children and young people for ADHD and Autism, providing clarity when a young person’s needs have gone unrecognised or unexplained. And because a diagnosis is only the beginning, we provide structured post-diagnosis support to help young people, families and the organisations working with them to understand, plan and move forward with confidence.

Why is matters?

The cost of not acting is always higher

Early and targeted support is not just the right thing to do, it is the smart thing to do. Reactive provision is costly. Crisis management is costly. Undiagnosed ADHD and Autism contribute to school exclusion, placement breakdown, poor mental health and long-term disadvantage. Our outreach services are designed to help your organisation reduce risk, manage demand and improve the outcomes that matter most.

Our work is grounded in mental health, education and neurodevelopment understanding, areas that are deeply connected and often at the root of the challenges young people face. When all three are addressed together, the impact is lasting.

How we work

Flexible. Tailored. Impactful.

We know no two organisations are the same, and no two young people face the same challenges. That is why everything we offer is designed around your context, your people and your goals.
• Individual or group — we work with young people, families and staff in whatever setting works best
• One-off sessions or structured programmes — from a single assessment to a 6–12 week goal-focused programme
• Baseline and neurodevelopmental assessments — understand where you are starting from before you plan the next step
• Post-diagnosis support — for the young person, their family and the professionals around them
• Bespoke to your journey — whether you are at the beginning of prevention, mid-way through a challenge, or planning for the future
Our team of mental health, education and neurodevelopmental practitioners delivers every service with one question at the centre: how do we make the most positive impact for the young people you serve?
