ED&I training for recruitment processes
It is vital that we recognise the importance of being informed when it comes to ED&I and celebrating our differences. We believe that when we come together, we can foster an environment where everyone can feel accepted and valued. And this doesn’t stop with you.
By enabling you to see what part we play in building an inclusive company and wider community through inclusive recruitment practices and values, we can boost confidence and understanding of the important role we play.
Within this training there are lesson to help upskill you on ED&I within the recruitment process. You can also download our ED&I handbook to research and learn more about it, in the ‘materials’ tab. Once you have been through all the training, there is an end of training quiz for which you must pass by 100%. Once you have finished and passed this course you will receive a certificate as proof of completion, which you can find in your dashboard.
