The Greenhouse HyFlex Academy is designed for children and young people seeking fresh opportunities and personal growth. Specialising in serving students with diverse backgrounds, The Greenhouse HyFlex Academy employs an innovative approach to learning. Our highly trained educational specialists work with young people with SEN, complex, behavioural and emotional needs, including those who have moved placements or experienced gaps in their education.
With our unique baselining approach, our expert staff crafts individualised, progressive plans that emphasise both social and behavioral development alongside academic achievement.
There are two main goals we set out to achieve for our students:
- to re-engage and reintegrate students with education and understand where it can benefit them both short term and long term.
- to provide accreditations and qualifications that are focused on what is needed in society and also tailored to their interests and skills, to promote careers, not jobs.

Our Academy aims to unlock the potential of every student by fostering a stable environment where they can flourish. We focus on providing the appropriate support and resources for each child. Our baseline ensures we correlate and extract the most important information to create a picture of who the student is, the driving motivators, challenges and barriers. We use this information to produce a detailed person-centred progessive and preventative plan.

HyFlex, short for Hybrid-Flexible, is our educational model that combines a variety of environments and learning experiences. We use this approach to accommodate diverse student needs and learning styles.
